("Primepoint," "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information that we collect through our websites and mobile apps that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”), and through our marketing and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.
We and our third party service providers may monitor and record your communications and interactions with us and/or the Service for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Scope of this Privacy Policy
Primepoint provides a workflow application for companies in the construction industry. The Service is not intended for use by individuals for personal, family, household, or other consumer purposes, and the personal information covered by this Privacy Policy pertains to people acting in a business or commercial capacity.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that Primepoint processes on behalf of our business customers. For example, when you use our application through a Primepoint account, you can upload documents to the application, submit prompts to the application’s AI features, or configure the application to access to your work email or information in other company applications – our handling of this information is subject to our agreement with your organization and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Personal information we collect
The personal information we collect from you, either directly or indirectly, will depend on how you interact with us and with our Service. In general, we collect personal information about you from the following sources:
Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service includes:
- Contact data. Your full name, professional title, company name, department, company mailing address, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
- Account data. The data you provide to establish your Service account, which includes your full name, email address, the password for your Service account, and any other information you choose to add to your Service profile, such as your contact data or photo.
- Payment data. The payment card data associated with any card you use to pay for the Service and information about your payment transactions.
- Communications data. Information in your communications with us, including when you communicate with us through the Service, social media, events, or otherwise, including any feedback you provide about the Service and your responses to surveys.
At times we may collect personal information not specifically listed above and will use it consistent with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise explained at the time of collection.
Automatic collection. As you navigate the Service, our communications, and other online services, we and our service providers automatically collect information about you, your computer or device, and your browsing actions and use patterns. For example, this includes:
- Device data. Technical information about your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique device identification numbers or other identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.
- Usage data. Page/screen views, search terms, log-in information, videos and other content that you view, how long you spent on a page/screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, your interactions with a page/screen (e.g. if you “like” content), navigation paths between pages/screens, information about your activity on a page/screen, access times and duration of access, whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them, and other functional information on Service performance (like diagnostics and crash logs).
Web technologies. The following technologies enable some of the automatic collection described above:
- Cookies. Cookies are text files that websites store on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of tracking user activity and patterns, helping the visitor navigate between pages efficiently, remembering preferences, improving the visitor’s browsing experience, and enabling analytics. Cookies used on our site include cookies that we serve as well as cookies served by third parties that we work with to enable the services they provide, such as analytics services that track traffic and usage. - Pixels. Also known as web beacons or clear GIFs, pixels are embedded in software code or invisibly in image files within webpages or HTML formatted emails and used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked, typically to compile statistics about usage of websites and the performance of marketing campaigns. We may use pixels to collect information about your interactions with our email messages, such as the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails.
- Browser web storage. Also referred to as locally stored objects or HTML5, browser web storage functions like cookies but enables the storage of a larger amount of data.
- Session replay.We use third party services that employ software code in the Service to record users’ interactions with the Services in a manner that allows us to watch and analyze visual reconstructions of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, and keystrokes during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability problems and identify areas for improvement.
Third party sources. We combine personal information we receive from you or collect automatically when you use the Service with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:
- Authentication services. When you log into the Service by using your credentials on a third party service, such as Microsoft, that service may provide us with your name, email address, photo, and other data according to your settings in that service.
- Our contacts. Our business contacts who share details about their professional contacts, including potential customers and partners.
How we use your personal information
We use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the tim
- Service delivery. We use your personal information to provide the Service, process your payments, and to send you support and administrative messages about the service.
- Business operations. We use your personal information to administer, operate, and maintain our Service, our IT systems and our business.
- Research and development. We use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business in an informed way. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified or otherwise anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, improve and promote the Service and our business.
- Marketing. We may send you direct marketing communications about our or our partners’ products and services via email and other channels (as permitted by law) and may personalize these messages based on your needs and interests. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the opt-out of marketing section below.
- Compliance and protection. We use your personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities. We also use your personal information to protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property, including by making and defending legal claims; conducting internal audits against our policies; enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and taking steps to prevent and investigate fraud, cyberattacks or other unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.
How we share your personal information
We may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:
- Your Service account administrator. Certain information about you associated with the Service, including your contact data, account data, prompts you submit, and past use of your account are accessible to your organization’s Primepoint administrator.
- Service providers. We share personal information with third party vendors and service providers to facilitate the services they provide to help us provide the Service and operate our business (such as business applications, hosting, content delivery network, authentication, information technology, customer support, customer relationship management, email delivery, marketing, payment processing, session replay, generative artificial intelligence, call recording/transcription, customer research, and analytics).
- Third party authentication services. When you log into the Service by using your credentials on a third party service, such as Microsoft, that service may collect your credentials and other data to facilitate the authentication. - Payment processors. Our third party payment processors collect your payment card data and other transaction data to process your payment card transactions when you pay for the Service. These payment processors handle personal information according to their own privacy policies.
- Affiliates. We may share personal information with our parent company and other corporate affiliates that we control, are controlled by, or with which we are under common control, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisors. We may share personal information with our professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- Authorities and others. We may share personal information with law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
- Business transferees. We may share personal information with parties (and their advisors) to business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Primepoint or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Your choices
Your choices regarding the personal information we hold about you include the following:
- Access or update your information. You may review and update certain Service account information in your settings.
- Contact your administrator. Our application is intended for use by organizations. Where our application is made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization is the administrator of the application and is responsible for the application user accounts that it controls. If this is the case, please direct your data privacy questions and requests to your administrator, as your use of the application is subject to that organization's policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organization, which may be different than ours. Administrators may be able to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the application; access information about your application account and activity in it; and restrict your ability to edit, restrict, modify, or delete information associated with the account.
- Delete application data. If you use our application and wish to request deletion of your Primepoint account and the personal information we handle in connection with the application, you can direct your request to your organization’s Primepoint administrator or you can contact us with your request. In some cases, we may forward your request to your organization’s Primepoint administrator for processing or be unable to process your request without the administrator’s approval.
- Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us with your request. Please note that if you opt-out of marketing emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
- Change browser settings. Most browsers let you reject cookies, clear cookies and browser web storage, prevent pixels/clear gifs from loading, and block javascript software code. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Disabling these technologies may prevent Service features from working. - Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Other sites and services
The Service may contain links to or integrations of websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or other online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use.
Security
We use various technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
International data transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that are not as protective as the laws where you live.
Children
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Service or other appropriate means. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the Service after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acknowledgment that the modified Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with the Service and our business.
